Ola is our wonderful Nursery Manager & DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead).  Ola started at The Gardens in 2012 as a nursery assistant, then qualified as a NVQ Level 3 nursery nurse, becoming room leader and then deputy baby room manager Ola's children have both attended The Gardens and her youngest son is still currently here.

Daniela has been part of the Gardens family since 2005.  She started as a nursery assistant, working her way up to our pre-school room leader/teacher after obtaining her NVQ Level 3 qualification. Daniela is now the office manager, assisting Sarah & Leila, as well as being the HR manager. Daniela & Ola work closely together ensuring the smooth running of the nursery.

For me, it is all about seeing the children happy, settled and enjoying nursery - alongside content parents who are safe in the knowledge that their little ones are having a lovely time learning.  Being there for parents and children at all times, is a really important part of our ethos and for me personally.

My passion is to create child-centred, holistic learning environments that empower children to explore, create, and discover their full potential. I support the team in delivering high-quality care and education to improve the outcomes for children. When I'm not working, I'm busy being mum to my own little Picasso!

I'm excited to be part of the Gardens team and look forward to creating some healthy, exciting and colourful home-cooked meals for the children!
