1.    The Website is operated by The Gardens Childcare Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07707020 whose registered office is at The Gardens Daycare & Nursery, 62 Standen Road, London, SW18 5TG (“the Gardens”).  

2.    Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and The Gardens reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the Website without notice.  The Gardens shall not be liable if for any reason the Website is not available at any time or for any period.  From time to time, The Gardens may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, if required.  The Gardens aims to update the Website regularly and may change the content at any time.  The Gardens may therefore have to suspend access to the Website, or close it if necessary.  Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time and The Gardens is under no obligation to update such material.
